Prior to Henderson Business Group Wendy was an Account Executive for Vertice, a subsidiary of Wachovia for three years. In the wholesale lending division, she was responsible for managing/growing accounts with an active pipeline of 5 million to 10 million dollars month to month. Wendy learned that communication is a very important key to success when there are many people involved in a business transaction and earned respect and loyalty from her clients by listening to their needs and finding solutions for them. Wendy earned a B.A degree in Business Administration from Doane College in Crete, Nebraska. During her four year education she was successful on the Women’s track team earning a two-time National Champion and 11-time All-American status. She is also a licensed real estate agent.
